What kind of wax do you use?

We use 100% natural soy wax derived from American-grown soybeans. It burns cleaner, cooler, and longer than traditional paraffin wax, ensuring a non-toxic environment for your home.

Are your fragrances safe?

Absolutely. We use premium fragrance oils infused with essential oils. All our scents are phthalate-free, paraben-free, and adhere to strict safety standards.

Why is my candle tunneling?

Tunneling occurs when the candle isn't burned long enough on its first use. To prevent this, ensure your first burn lasts long enough for the melt pool to reach the edges of the jar (usually 2-3 hours).

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout and usually deliver within 1-2 business days.
