1. Returns Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury candle purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
2. DIY Craft Kits
Due to the inclusion of raw wax, wicking metrics, and precise fragrance oils in our DIY Candle Crafting Kits, we can only accept returns on kits that are completely unused, unopened, and in their original packaging structure.
3. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our studio team, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
4. Workshop Cancellations
Studio workshop masterclass seats can be rescheduled or converted into store credits up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. Due to small session size limitations, bookings canceled within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable.
