Terms of Service - Chérie Candles

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and buying products (including candles, wax melts, or DIY craft kits) or registering for studio masterclasses, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Product Purchases & Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product descriptions for our candles and kits. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue items without notice. GST is computed dynamically on all checkout balances in accordance with state guidelines.

3. Shipping & Logistics

Delivery schedules are estimates provided by courier services (Nimbus/Shiprocket). We cannot be held liable for transit delays caused by courier routing, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

4. Workshop Bookings

Workshop seats are strictly subject to session availability. Workshop fees are non-refundable but can be rescheduled to a future batch with at least 48 hours notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Chérie Candles shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from improper candle usage, failure to follow candle care instructions (e.g., leaving a burning candle unattended), or handling wax kit materials unsafely.
