3. Products, Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST) unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
Payments are securely processed via Razorpay using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. We support UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, and Wallets. We never store raw debit/credit card numbers on our servers.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Tracking
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days across India via authorized courier partners (NimbusPost, BlueDart, Delhivery, Amazon Surface). A live tracking number is provided via email/SMS upon dispatch.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

6. Candle Safety & Disclaimer
Candle safety instructions are printed on each candle vessel. Customers must follow proper burning guidelines: trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting, keep out of reach of children and pets, never leave a burning candle unattended, and avoid burning near flammable materials.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
